Currently if we raise a news/task, the registered individual receives an email prompting them to sign into Onsite Safety, or when they login to Onsite Safety they get to see the unread news/task.
For an individual it would be beneficial if they received a prompt that came up in Onsite Eye as a way of communicating to them. There is a number in their Safety Data Summary but the guys may not click into this.
How can we improve the way we communicate to all individuals through Onsite Eye?
